We all know Justin Bieber has been making a massive comeback this year, all starting with showing his humble side again, apologizing to the fans he’s let down with his arrogant behavior. Now, after a #1 single and a successful VMA performance, he’s still not done saying sorry.
“Is it to late to say I’m sorry now?” the pheonixing superstar questions on his latest single “Sorry,” the second official single from his fourth official studio album, Purpose. The Skrillex and Bloodpop (formerly Blood Diamonds) produced song keeps in the same warm tropical vibe as “What Do You Mean?” albeit with a beat that struts a little harder to take the song into dance territory with the help of slightly trappy ticks, a synthesized horn, and another filtered falsetto hook not unlike the earworm of a dolphin squeal from “Where Are Ü Now?”
Appropriately, the track premiered with a “dance video” featuring all-girl dance group ReQuest as well as the female members of Royal Family as they booty pop and wine their way through the sensual track.
“Sorry” seems even more of a radio-ready smash than “What Do You Mean?,” and the boy is certainly not being lazy with his promo and we can’t wait to see another choreo-filled charismatic performance to this bright, beatific track… possibly at the MTV EMA’s this weekend?
No matter what, we’re certainly on board the Purpose train.
It’s definitely not too late, Justin.
