Guess who’s on her way to Vegas?
Global superstar Mariah Carey made a huge announcement on The Ellen Degeneres Show: She will be headlining her own Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace!
Carey went undercover as a maid to surprise a handful of fans with the great news. The speechless fans not only got to meet their idol, but also received tickets to one of the upcoming shows.
In addition to gifting tickets to the fans, Mimi also gave tickets to every member of Ellen’s frenzied studio audience.
MC has always seemed to have an affinity for Las Vegas. Her 1998 music video for “Breakdown” was set in a Las Vegas casino.
And one decade later, in 2008, her “I Stay In Love” music video was set inside the Bellagio Hotel and Casino, and exterior shots in the Nevada desert.
It seems like she will be right at home on the famous Las Vegas strip!
