By now you should’ve had enough time to enjoy Ariana Grande‘s excellent third album Dangerous Woman.

Unfortunately, Ari’s team decided to end the promo run for Summer Banger of the Millennium “Into You” right as it reached the outer limits of the top ten. Fortunately, that means we get a new single full of new performances and videos to make us “oooh.” Enter “Side to Side.”

The night of the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, we were treated to the dawn of a new promo cycle for the Nicki Minaj collaboration “Side to Side” with both an excellent music video premiered on Guess.com as well as a complimentary VMAs performance to match.

If y’all needed gymspiration, she’s got it. The music video for the reggae-tinged bop has sexy spin cycle choreography, and the locker room scene of every straight boy’s dreams.

Who knew Mac Miller‘s dick would cause such an inspired era?
