After four months of steady success with their collaborative track “Where Are Ü Now”, Jack Ü (comprised of Skrillex and Diplo) and Justin Bieber have finally released a music video for the song.
The highly artistic visual features Bieber as somewhat of a blank canvas, as animated paint and designs cover his body and face during his somber performance. It would appear that the drawings are being provided by Jack Ü fans back at a gallery where photos of Bieber are posted on the walls next to art supplies, inviting the fans to graffiti and decorate his likeness however they please.
Skrillex and Diplo do not appear in the video, leaving our focus only on a raw, emotional performance from Bieber, and the animated fan art that overtakes him.
“Where Are Ü Now” was released on Feb 27, 2015 (iTunes)
