Who doesn’t love a great comeback? Our favorite reformed bad boy, Justin Bieber, has scored his first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 with his breezy new single, “What Do You Mean?“, making him the youngest male artist to debut at the top of the chart. After a full week of holding down the No. 1 spot on iTunes in too many countries to count, as well as breaking the Spotify record for most streams in a week, the single skyrocketed to the top spot on the Hot 100, dethroning The Weeknd‘s “Cant Feel My Face”.
Justin took to social media to thank his Beliebers for helping him to achieve this accolade, posting the above video on Instagram and sharing a special acoustic version of “What Do You Mean?” on Twitter.
Thanks for breaking the spotify record and making us #1. As promised #WhatDoYouMean acoustic 🙂 https://t.co/bTFKGzUl8z #kidrauhl — Justin Bieber (@justinbieber) September 8, 2015
