I'm so happy after such a long struggle to be living my true self. Welcome to the world Caitlyn. Can't wait for you to get to know her/me.

Welcome to the world indeed. This is Caitlyn Jenner: a gold medal-winning Olympian, reality TV star, and American transgender hero. The transwoman formerly known as Bruce has just made her official magazine debut as a female on the cover of Vanity Fair with a simple request: “Call me Caitlyn.”
Everything about this cover is perfect from the hair to the corset to the typography and a winning smirk knowing she’s about to piss off every bigoted asshole in America. Her family is in full support as well, and it’s amazing to see such a high profile group of women be so openly appreciative of who Caitlyn truly is.

It’s brave enough for trans people to live their lives freely at all in this world, so this is a monumental step in increasing trans visibility and opening the hearts and minds of many. Thank you Caitlyn Jenner, we salute you.
